Some signature types allow for sending signing processes via two methods, email or sms. Other methods only support sending via email.
When sending a signing process via email you can
- choose the language of the email that will be sent. Supported languages are Icelandic, English, Polish and Czech.
- add a message to your recipients. This message will appear in the email.
- add a Reference number. The reference number will appear in the email.
The email will be sent from noreply@taktikal.mailgun.com or noreply@taktikal.mail.com
The email will look like this.
SMS
The SMS will be sent from Taktikal by default. The name of the sender may be edited in company settings. Up to 11 characters are supported.
