Choosing a recipient

There are two ways of choosing the recipient of a signing process, choosing from your contacts, or creating a new contact.

  1. Your contacts
  2. New recipient

Your contacts

To send a document for signing to a contact that is already in your saved contacts, start writing their name, email address, phone number or ID number in the "Your contacts" field.

Choose the correct contact from the list of contacts that appears. The icon on the right side of the list indicates the signature type of the contact. A contact can thus be listed more than once, if they have been saved with multiple signature types. 

Once you've chosen your recipient, you have the option of adding more recipients.

New recipient

If you want to send the document to a recipient that has not been saved in your contacts simply click the "+ New recipient" button 

Start by choosing the signature type. You can read more about each type here. 

If the signature type you want to use has not been activated follow the directions in the tooltip for each type.

 

Each signature has a set of configurable settings, such as:

  1. Editing the recipient
  2. Hiding the ID number on the signature 🇮🇸
  3. Add a reason for signature
  4. Remove a recipient
