Depending on the signature type, you can choose to send a signing process via email or SMS. Some signature types only support email.
When sending a signing process via email you can:
- Choose the email language: Supported languages are Icelandic, Polish, Czech, Swedish and Danish.
- Add a message: Include a message to your recipients that will appear in the email.
- Add a Reference number: The reference number will appear in the email.
Emails are sent from either noreply@taktikal.mailgun.com or noreply@taktikal.mail.com.
The recipient will receive an email similar to the example below.
SMS
By default, SMS messages are sent with Taktikal as the sender name. You can customize this in Company Settings, using up to 11 characters. You can read more on how to change the sender name here.
