You can download signed documents from your Taktikal account for up to 30 days after signing. After that, the documents are permanently deleted for security reasons and can't be recovered.
To download a signed document, open the "Activity Log" from the menu on the left.
Find the document you want to download and click on it. For more information on finding documents, see Searching the Activity Log.
Next click the "Get documents" button.
The following window will appear.
Click "Download document" to download the document.
NOTE:
You can download a document even if it has not yet been signed by all signees.
