Navigating Multiple User Accounts on the .com Portal
The .com portal only supports once active user session at a time. To switch to another account, first sign out by clicking the user icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Sign out".
To log in with another account, go to app.taktikal.com and enter the email address associated with the account you want to access. Then check your email for the magic link and use it to open the portal.
Having Two Accounts Open at the Same Time
If you need to use multiple accounts at the same time, you can do so by using an incognito window.
First, log in to the first account as usual.
Then open an incognito window in your browser, go to app.taktikal.com, and enter the email address associated with the second account.
When the login email for the second account arrives, right-click the button in the email and select "Open link in Incognito Window".
You can now keep both accounts open at the same time.
Switching users on the .is portal
If you have access to more than one account you can easily switch between users by clicking the user icon in the top right corner.
