All users that have a Microsoft account for the email address that is connected to the user can use the login with Microsoft option on the login page. If the user has multiple accounts at Taktikal, he will only be logged in as the user with that specific email address, and will not be able to switch between his other users, as he can if he would log in using his eID.
Taktikal also offers user provisioning with Entra ID. This requires manual configuration from the customer to connect the integration with Microsoft Entra ID. Once the connection has been established he customer can create or block user accounts in Taktikal from within Entra ID. This makes onboarding new employees more efficient and makes offboarding them more secure.
