Alfreð

With an Alfreð integration you are able to send employee contracts and other documents electronically to applicants.

To establish the integration click the gear icon in the top right corner of the portal to open Settings. Click the integrations tab and scroll down to the Alfreð integration

To add the Alfreð integration simply click the Add button. This will create a Drop & Sign flow with it's own API key and Flow key. This way documents signed via the Alfreð integration will be distinguishable from other signature requests. A custom email template will also be possible.

Make sure to copy these keys as the API key and flow key will only be shown once.

Once the keys have been created and copied you need to get them to Alfreð.

These keys should be treated like passwords and not sent in emails if possible.

After the integration has been created on Taktikal's end, you can access all information in this same area.

It is not possible to show the API key again, but by clicking the circular icon next to the API key, a new key can be created for this flow. It will override the previous key, so be sure to check if it's already been connected with Alfreð first.

You can also uninstall the connection from here. This will deactivate this flow and delete all keys related to the integration.
