Introduction to integrations

Integrations with other systems improve efficiency by letting your users perform tasks related to the Taktikal system right from your CRM or other system.
Integrations are easy to setup since we've already done all the hard work for you.

Integrations are only available for business- and enterprise plans.

Ready integrations​

We are continually adding new integrations. We currently offer integrations with:

  • Alfreð
  • H3
  • Microsoft Custom Connector
  • Salesforce
  • Slack
  • Zapier

Only company administrators are able to modify an installation. A non-company administrator can however request an installation which will trigger an e-mail to be sent to all company administrator with a request to install the corresponding integration.

Requesting an integration​

Can't find the integration you want? We value our customers feedback thus we encourage sending us a line from the form which can be accessed at the bottom of the page via the "not finding an integration?" button.

This way we can prioritise integrations that are eagerly sought-after.
