If you have some customers that you have already risk assessed and aren't due for a reassessment, you can import them to Risk monitoring to get a view of all customers in one place.
To do this, go to risk monitoring and select Import individuals
Here you can download an example document to ensure that the column titles are correct.
Note that the titles need to match the examples exactly (including capital letters and symbols).
When you have created your excel file you can upload it by clicking "Upload document".
The file should include the following column headers:
- Name *
- ID number
- Mobile phone *
- Email *
- Risk score
- Risk description
- Risk score date
- pep categories
- pep assessment date
- pep reason
- Answered date
- Send signing process for
At a minimum the name, phone and email fields need to be filled in for the import to be successful. For customers with Icelandic eIDs the ID number field should also be filled in.
Importing parties with a current risk assessment
If the person has already been risk assessed you need to input information about the risk score (high, medium, low (or according to your custom configuration)), the Risk description (the reason why this customer was categorised as it was) and Answered date (the date when they were risk assessed)
Importing parties without a current risk assessment
If the person does not have a valid risk assessment and you with to send them a SmartFlow, you can input the flowkey for the applicable AML SmartFlow.
To find the correct flow key, go to the SmartFlows overview page, find the correct form, click the three dots and click Copy key.
Importing parties with a current PEP assessment
If the person you want to import has a confirmed Risk factor such as PEP, Sanctions, Special Interest Person or Relative or Close Associate, this information can be imported as well.

In the pep categories column include one or more (separated by a comma) of the following risk factors:
- PEP, SIP, RCA, Sanctions, POI

In the pep treatment column include one of the following decisions:
- false-positive, approved, denied
- In the pep assessment date column note the date that the PEP status was last reviewed
- In the pep reason column you can include an optional note about the PEP treatment, such as a justification for why the results were considered false-positive.
All of these fields are optional. However, if one of the PEP assessment columns is filled in, please fill in at least the first three columns (pep reason is optional).
