Categories
Risk monitoring can be customised for each Company depending on their own risk assessment and re-assessment intervals. Currently this is not available in self service, but can be done by sending an email to help@taktikal.com.
In order to configure Risk monitoring for your Company send the following information to help@taktikal.com:
- Risk category names
- Re-assessment interval for each category
Example:
- High - Reassess in 1 year
- Medium - Reassess in 3 years
- Low - Reassess in 5 years
Note: If there are different categories and re-assessment intervals between individuals and legal entities, please make sure to send the risk categories and re-assessment intervals for both types.
Connecting SmartFlows to Risk monitoring
In order to for information about customers to appear in Risk monitoring a webhook needs to be added to each of the SmartFlows that include the AML form.
To add a webhook, open the applicable SmartFlow and click on + Delivery Method.
Select Deliver by webhook
In the URL field, add: https://compliance.taktikal.is/api/webhooks/incoming
Next select the following events, AllSigned and Created.
Click Save.
Remember to Publish your changes.
Individuals vs. legal entities
If the SmartFlow includes either a company element or company lookup (IS) element it will automatically be routed to the legal entity tab, while if neither of those elements are used in the SmartFlow it will be routed to the individuals tab.
