Searching in the activity log

The activity log offers a variety of options for searching and filtering to find the process that you are looking for.

By default the search bar is empty and thus the activity log shows all documents for all flows that were initiated by the logged in user.

User filter

If the user has the additional role of "Viewing the actitvity log for other users" they will be able to alter the user filter to a specific user, all users or customer initiated flows (where the signee starts the process from a website).

When the process is started via an API connection, they may be categorised as either customer initiated or initiated by a specific employee, depending on the configuration of the API connection.

Flow filter

By default the activity log shows all flows that belong to the company. Every company has at least one flow, the Drop & Sign flow, but it may also have more flows. Each SmartFlow and Fill & Sign form will show up in this list as seperate flows and some integrations, such as HR integrations are often set up as separate flows.

Note

Filtering down to a specific flow will only show the processes that were initiated by the chosen user in the user filter.

Archived flows will show up in the list as "(deactivated)".

Search bar

The search bar supports searching for the following information for exact searches only:

  • Signee name
  • Signee email address
  • Document name
  • Flow name
  • Phone number with country code (for Qualified, Advanced and Standard signatures)
  • ID number (for Qualified signatures)

The search supports exact searches only, starting from the beginning of the line. Therefore names need to be entered in the correct order to be found. The document "contract demo" will therefore be found if the search term "contract" is entered but not if the search term "demo" is entered.
