What is the activity log?

The activity log is where you can see an overview of all signing processes that have been initiated. This includes signing processes using:

1. Drop & Sign
2. Fill & Sign
3. SmartFlows

By default the activity log for each user will only display activity that they initiated themselves, but this can be altered using the following roles

1. View activity for other users
2. View Flow Activity (for signee initiated flows)

View activity log for other users

When the user has the View activity for other users role, they will be able to see the filter for the user that initiated the process. 

View Flow Activity

When the user has the View Flow activity role, they will be able to see processes that have been initiated by the signee in addition to processes that they themselves have initiated by sending them to a recipient.
