Each flow has a number of settings that can be configured:
The flow settings can be accessed in two different places, from within the Fill & Sign editor by clicking "Edit flow" in the middle right panel:
and in the Fill & Sign overview page, by clicking the 3 dots on the desired Fill & Sign form and then clicking "Update flow"
Document name
Here you can edit the name of the Fill & Sign flow. This name will appear on the Fill & Sign overview page and as the tab name for your signees.
Signature type
You can choose between all signature types that have been activated for your company. For more information about different signature types, click here.
Signature location
You can choose if the signature/s appear on the top of the first page or the bottom of the last page. Note that if there is text or information present on that location of the PDF document, the signature will appear on top of it.
Multiple signees
The Fill & Sign product allows specifying a minimum and maximum number of signees that must sign the document.
The two properties that determine the number of signees to sign the document are:
- Min additional signees
- Max additional signees
You can modify these properties within "Update flow":
Within the modal that appears, you can set the min and max additional signees.
If we want exactly two persons to sign the document, set both of these to 2:
If we want 1-3 persons to sign the document, we can do so by setting the min to 1 and max to 3.
Attachments
You can allow the signee to upload attachments for this flow by clicking the "Allow attachments" slider. Then you can choose how many attachments should be required. If the minimum number of attachments is set to 0, uploading attachments is optional.
