Resending due diligence forms

When a customers risk assessment expires in 30 days or less they will be labelled as "expiring soon" on the list overview page and they will appear higher in the list (right after un-assessed individuals).

If your workflow requires you to send them a due diligence form to fill in at this time, you can simply click the "Resend" button on the overview page to send them a due diligence form.

By default the customer will be sent the same due diligence form that they answered last time.

Users can determine one default SmartFlow for individuals and another for legal entities, ensuring the same flow is sent consistently each time instead of repeating the original onboarding flow. This configuration is not available in self service at the moment, but can be configured by sending us an email at help@taktikal.com.

Once the form has been resent, the Resend button will disappear from the overview page and instead you will see a See status button. By clicking the See status button, you will open the activity log filtered on the newly sent due diligence SmartFlow.

When they have signed the due diligence form the button on the overview page will say Assess risk indicating that the case is waiting on your risk assessment.

The status of the due diligence form can also be seen in the Due diligence section of the customers page.
