Configuring the delivery method

Each Fill & Sign form supports three different delivery methods:

Delivery to email inbox

By clicking on "Deliver to email inbox" you can fill in one or more email addresses you want the document to be delivered to.

You can also decide what the title and body of the email is.
By default the email will have the Flow name and name of signee as the Title of the email and have the name, email and phone number of the signee as well as the name of the flow in the body of the email.

You can also choose if the document is included in the email. The document is delivered in the email by default, but you can override this by un checking the checkbox marked: Include signed document in attachments. - This can be useful if the document will contain very sensitive information that you don't want delivered via email. In which case you can fetch the document from the activity log within 30 days. After 30 days the document will be permanently deleted from the portal and Taktikal will have no means of retrieving the document.

Deliver via email to signee

By clicking on "Deliver to signee" you can create an email that will be sent to the signee once they have signed the document. If there are more than one signee for the document, this email will be delivered to all signees, once they have all finished signing the document.

You can decide what the title and body of the email is.
Default text will be created for you, that you can override. The first line is the title of the email and subsequent lines are the body of the email.

You can also choose if the document is included in the email. The document is delivered in the email by default, but you can override this by un checking the checkbox marked: Include signed document in attachments. - This can be useful if the document will contain very sensitive information that you don't want delivered via email.

Deliver via Webhook

By clicking the Webhook button you can insert the receiving URL and configure which events you want to trigger delivery via webhook.

When using webhooks, we recommend configuring webhooks for the AllSigned and Expired events at a minimum. That way you will always receive the document with the signatures that have accumulated.
